St Trinians Shoot (by Natasha Louise)

 

As you can imagine this was a fun shoot filled with laughter and much misbehaviour. Naughty sixth formers, armed with catapults and red wine, throwing paper aeroplanes and screwed-up paper balls at the teacher … smoking cigarettes, pillow fighting and much scrapping in the halls. That was until the teacher wielded his cane and gave the naughty students a serious reprimanding.

 

The black room (with whiteboard covered in mathematical equations), boudoir and fine art area were all well utilised for this shoot. The black room in particular was a great area to use as a classroom and for giving the teacher (aka Mark Bennett) somewhere to “teach” those unruly young “ladies”. This time I didn’t hide behind the camera and was shooting with Caz, both in full-on model mode and like all the house models at our shoots, were ready to take on our own poses and had our own ideas but were also happy to take instruction from the photographers who had attended the shoot.

 

We captured some really great images as always and again there are some below as a fantastic example as to the type of story-telling and portraiture the studio and the team are capable of creating.
